On this page you can consult the frequently asked questions about our program, as well as the affiliate registration form. Start earning commissions by recommending our products on your website or inquiry.

Can I join? Minimum requirements.

In Spain, only natural persons who are registered as self-employed, companies or legal entities that have a NIF/CIF, with the ability to invoice with VAT, may join.

Natural or legal persons with a commercial activity must create and send us the invoice so that we can make the payment of the commissions. If you do not receive the invoice, no commission will be paid.

Foreign affiliates must create an invoice without VAT, as it is the importation of a service.

What is an invoice without VAT?

In our country, public administrations demand an invoice from us for each economic transaction that is carried out on our website. For this reason, the affiliate will have to provide their data to create this invoice. If you register from a country of the European Union, you will have to provide tax information with your tax identification number, whether you are a company or a natural person. If you are not a member of the European Union, we will also need your ID, or driving licence, or passport in order to create the invoice. As it is not from a member state, the invoice will be issued without VAT (value added taxes or, in Spanish, value added taxes). Countries outside the European Union are exempt from paying this tax, but we still need your tax information to create the invoices.

What if I don't have a NIF?

If the activity carried out by the affiliate is invoiced without VAT, or there is no commercial activity of any kind, they must register in the trade intermediaries section to be able to invoice with VAT.

If natural persons do not carry out any activity, and the commissions received are punctual, the affiliate explicitly accepts to be billed on your behalf to Medalab. Always punctual and with a maximum of two annual payments.

Remember that in order to process the payment of the commissions, you must send us the invoice to justify the payment. You will have the details of the commissions in your affiliate panel. If we do not have the invoice, the commissions will not be paid. 

How It Works

If you meet the above requirements, you only need an email account linked to Stripe or Paypal. That email will be the one we will use to pay you the commissions that you get with the purchases of the users linked to your link.

How do I get the affiliate link?

Once you have registered as an affiliate, you will be able to access your affiliate page, where you will generate a link with your identifier. To generate this link, go to the page of the product you want to promote, Biotrohn, CLO2 Generator, Plasmatrohn, etc. Copy the URL of the product page and paste it into your affiliate page. Now you just have to click on the Generate button and a URL containing the product and your affiliate ID will be created. You just need to copy that link and paste it on your website, your social networks or in those places where you want to promote. 

When a user visits our website from your link, and makes a purchase, you will be paid a 10% commission for each product purchased. 

What if I don't have a website?

Your affiliate link can be shared in many ways, generate it and send it by e-mail to your client, contact, WhatsApp group, or paste a QR code in your query.

How are commissions paid?

Affiliate commission payments will be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice from the affiliate. The email with which you have registered must be the same with which you manage your Stripe or Paypal account. 

How can affiliate campaigns be tracked?

From your affiliate dashboard you will have access to all the relevant information about your campaign, such as statistics, commissions and click tracking. You will also be able to access the link generator from the same dashboard, so it will be very easy for you to add new products and promote them on your networks, or among your contacts.
