Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of the Medalab Affiliate Program.
This affiliate policy establishes the terms and conditions under which Medalab Research SL (NIF: B12886263), with address at Avda Las Fuentes 11E and email info@medalab.com, offers its affiliate program. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to abide by the conditions set forth herein.
Program Eligibility
The Affiliate must be directly related to associations, groups, websites, social networks, etc... related to the well-being, health, alternative medicine or similar sector.
It can be a natural person or a company, and it must be able to issue an invoice to be able to pay its commissions.
Procedure
Medalab Research SL will provide the Affiliate with a specific URL that must be used to promote the products. Purchases made using that URL will generate commissions that you can monitor from the affiliate dashboard on the Medalab website (affiliate dashboard URL).
To do this, the affiliate will be provided with a username and password that will allow them to access their summary of sales and commissions. An annex is attached with detailed information on its operation.
The products eligible to be commissioned are: Plasmatrohn, Biotrohn and ClO2 Generator.
Comission's payment
The commission is established at 10% of the amount of each sale (without taxes).
If a customer returns the product within the legal withdrawal period, the commission is automatically cancelled.
The commissions will be paid every 3 months, between the 15th and the 30th of the months of January, April, July and October.
The income of the commissions generated will occur provided that they reach a minimum of €300 in the three months prior to the month of payment of the commission.
The means of payment of the commissions will be PayPal. The Affiliate must necessarily have a PayPal account where said commissions can be paid.
If the minimum conditions for the income of the commissions of a period are not met, these will be paid in the following payment period, as long as the minimum quota of commissions established is reached (€300 in the three months prior to the payment month of the commission).
Conditions of stay
To remain in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must generate a minimum of €1.200 in commissions one year after the date of enrollment in the program.
If these conditions are not met, Medalab will proceed to cancel the Affiliate's account and will pay the commissions that were pending collection, as long as the Affiliate has generated at least €300 in commissions during that one-year period.
Communication channels
The Affiliate must provide information on the communication channels they prefer to use to follow up on potential customers, such as a website, social media profiles, or any other channel where Medalab products will be promoted.
Use of Medalab Materials
The Affiliate may not modify the media or branding files provided by the Company. All material provided by the Company must be used as delivered.
Conditions of use and prohibited practices
The Affiliate may not make a purchase using their own affiliate link. This practice will be considered abuse of the platform and may result in the permanent blocking of the Affiliate's account.
In addition, prohibited practices and reasons for blocking the account and loss of non-refunded amounts will be considered:
- The creation of false or multiple accounts to benefit from commissions.
- The use of spam techniques to promote the Company's products.
- The performance of any illegal or fraudulent activity in connection with the Affiliate Program.
Membership Policy Changes
Medalab Research SL reserves the right to apply changes or modifications in the provision of the membership service without prior notice.
Affiliates will be notified of affiliate policy changes via their registered email or via an update on the affiliate dashboard. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to stay informed of updates and to comply with changes in the Affiliate Policy.
