5. Returns and Refunds.
According to the European regulations, the right of withdrawal to our customers, allowing them to return any product purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. ANDThe client will be the one who assumes all the costs of the return, being at the client's choice, the shipping method he prefers.
To make the return, it is essential that the product is in its original packaging and in the same conditions in which it was delivered, without having been used. For hygienic-sanitary reasons, once the product has been used, changes or returns are not allowed., except in case of a possible malfunction due to technical failure. In such case, the product will be replaced with a new one.
If the customer wishes to return a product due to an error in the order, the product must be in perfect condition to be able to proceed with the refund or exchange. Under EU law, within the statutory warranty period of three years, defective products are repaired or replaced free of charge for the consumer, including all shipping costs. So Medalab bears all shipping costs of the product in case of technical failure.
To do this, first of all, the customer must send the product, temporarily assuming the costs of that shipment. After checking the status of the product, Medalab will reimburse the customer for the cost caused by the shipment. It is essential that the client attach all the documentation that proves the shipping costs incurred so that Medalab proceeds with its reimbursement. This refund can be paid by Paypal or bank transfer.
To start the return process, the customer must fill in the following withdrawal form.
We do not accept returns of products after the first 14 days of purchase.
Medalab undertakes to return the money or change the product within a period of no more than 3 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
Please keep in mind that this return and refund policy is in accordance with European regulations and seeks to guarantee the satisfaction and protection of our customers.
6. Customs fees
For international orders, devices must be cleared from customs within 14 days.
Shipments may have extra costs for customs procedures in destination countries that do not belong to the European Union.
If the client resides in one of these countries, he must pay this customs fee, upon collection of the package, in the event that Customs requires it.
The client must accept customs clearance, even when it carries additional costs associated with said processing. In the event that the client decides, of his own free will, not to pick up the package at customs clearance, Medalab reserves the right not to return the amount of the order to the client.
7. Cancellation of orders.
Any product purchased in our online store may be fully canceled up to 24 hours after making the payment on our website.
After these 24 hours, you can only return your order once you have received it and within 14 days (more information about this in our Returns and Refunds section). Once we receive the return order, we will contact you via email to proceed with the refund.
Steps to cancel your order (up to 24 hours after purchase)
– Enter the order confirmation email that we have sent you and locate the order number (example: 72114).
– Send us an email to info@medalab.com with the subject: Cancel Order: (Order number). In the message you must send us your name, bank account number and email address.
In the event that the cancellation request is after 24 hours from the time of purchase, it cannot be approved until the customer receives the product and proceeds to return it following the steps that are included in the Returns and Refunds section.
8 Warranty
For all our devices: once the customer receives the order at home, they have 14 days to check that it is in good condition.
From the date the invoice is formalized, the equipment has a 3-year warranty (with the exception of the Biotrohn battery and electrodes, as well as the CIO2 Generator pump, which has a 6-month warranty.)
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, such as not cleaning it properly after each use, industrial use of the generator or any alteration to it.
If they need to be repaired, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Medalab technical service undertakes to repair/replace it with a new one, depending on the damage suffered. In the event that the equipment has a technical or manufacturing fault, the shipping costs will be paid to the client after verification of the equipment status by Medalab. If the verification shows that the error is caused by incorrect use, the shipping costs will not be paid. In addition, in the event that the failure is caused by incorrect use of the equipment, the repair costs will not be included in the guarantee, so the client will assume the costs of said repair.
9. Security and protection of buyers.
Our online store sells with confidence and with the maximum guarantee of quality. We guarantee that each of the transactions made on our website is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment.
