Biotrohn and gingival retraction

I had a severe retraction of the gums, after removing different metallic amalgams it improved a little and it didn't bleed so much anymore. But the thing is that later I used Biotrohn and did the program for hyperacidity, gingivitis, periodontitis and toothache. At the last checkup they informed me that my gums were healthy!!! This is why it was worth buying the device.
I still have a question, can the gums be rebuilt and the pockets on the teeth recede?
At the moment it's a bit like the package insert for any medication, you don't know exactly what it does, but it works, so I'm looking forward to Andreas finishing the frequency book so I can delve deeper into it.
