The Biotrohn comes fully programmed with all 135 programs. The only thing you have to do is select the desired program according to the pathology you want to treat and press Enter so that the frequencies begin to be generated while you hold the electrodes or use the adhesive patches. It's all automatic, the subprograms and routines advance sequentially and you don't have to do anything other than relax and receive the frequencies.
